This service is intended primarily for those customers, who do not have sufficient opportunities to build and manage the infrastructure for the Jazz platform, but also for those that are interested in this service. That is why we, the Softacus company, offer you the option of hosting and maintenance of your system.

The Service Consists of Several Basic Points:
- Building and creating an environment
- Installation/upgrade of IBM ELM (Odkaz na install and upgrade service článok)
- Maintenance of your IBM ELM associated with updates, patches (iFixes), regular technical updates about your system
- Connection via VPN
- Deploying widgets to the system
- The right choice of licenses for the Jazz platform

Infrastructure
Our team will prepare a customized infrastructure for you in order to maximize the use of the system. We will also provide you with a VPN connection (with our custom settings). In case of problems, we will react immediately and solve the problem in your environment.
5.) Server room
In order to ensure the maximum quality of the system, we make regular backups for your system and we also provide monitoring of your system (server and Jazz platform monitoring) for better management and faster response.
6.) Monitoring
Licenses
Our qualified staff will recommend the correct and appropriate licenses for your use, and ensure the monitoring of licenses to prevent their expiration.
